OUR PURPOSE

Better health.
Built together.

Lifestyle Health Collaborative is a nonprofit initiative advancing a healthcare model that makes disease prevention a shared priority.

Our mission is to advance sustainable, prevention-focused healthcare through physician and clinical faculty education, research, and innovative clinical programs. We support patient-centered, whole-person care that brings together lifestyle modification, food as medicine, functional medicine, and individualized clinical assessment through collaborative and adjunctive care.

Through philanthropy, institutional partnerships, research, and physician training, we aim to expand the knowledge and services that help people live healthier, longer lives.
